Metalworking
We produce parts on multi-spindle automatic lathes and CNC lathes of world manufacturers TAJMAC-ZPS, TORNOS, WICKMAN BENNET, SCHÜTTE, EMCO, COLCHESTER and others.
We have a machinery park in the number of more than 50 machines and devices
Assembly of parts
We assemble our own manufactured parts on semi-automated and fully automated production lines
Quality control
During production control, we use automatic and semi-automatic measuring and detection devices of the brands KEYENCE, SICK, MITUTOYO, INSIZE
Machine control
We check manufactured parts for 100% error detection according to customer requirements on selected machinery of our own development and production.
Automation and robotization of production
With the use of automation and robotization in production, we create products with minimal intervention of human activity in the process and with high production efficiency. We use equipment and robots from IEMCA, PIETRO-CUCCHI, GIOVANNI-CUCCHI, KUKA, FANUC and others for the automation of production, processes and assembly of components
